he majority of orders are sent within 2-5 business days.Custom orders May take up between 14 days  30 days or more depening how complex the custos wig order is. Returns/Exchanges
Our return policy is valid for five days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a money-back guarantee. There are no exceptions, so please prepare ahead when one of those dates is a vacation or Sunday. Please allow 24-48 hours to reply, so prepare ahead if you request a return.
Do not call for the first time on the day your return is scheduled to be shipped back since answers might take up to 48 work time, putting you out of your return window. Please anticipate 7-10 working days for the processing of your refund. Your reimbursement notice will be issued immediately to your user’s email/phone number after it has been authorized, which may take some Color Differences
Color differences due to illumination and screens are to be expected. We make every effort to photograph our works in the light that best represents the hue. If asked before to sale, we will try our best to capture extra photographs in different lighting.
Delay and Losses
We have no responsibility for disruptions or inspections after the product has left our premises. If you have any queries about the scan or the delay, don’t hesitate to contact the delivery firm listed on your invoice.
Wig Care
Do not scrape the hair; instead, softly pet the shampoo/conditioner into the hair and gradually wash it out with cold to room temperature water.  When combing or grooming your wig/topper, make sure it’s absolutely dry.
